FTE: 0.800000 Standard Hours: 32.00 Shift: Shift 1Shift Details: M; 7-3:30pm T: 1-7pm, W: 9-7pm F: 7-4:30pm Holidays:standard Weekends: none Job Summary: The Physical Therapist providescomprehensive physical therapy services to the patient by assessing,planning, implementing, and documenting patient care and treatmentprograms. The therapist participates in varied Rehabilitation Servicesdepartment activities designed to enhance patient care and programs. APhysical Therapist II demonstrates advanced evaluation and treatmentskills and is involved in program development, staff education, studentsupervision. Also demonstrates emerging leadership skills and mentorsdepartment staff. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Aminimum of two years of clinical Therapist experience meetingrequirements of Level I responsibilities as determined by interview andassessment. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoratedegree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required. SPECIALSKILLS DESCRIPTION: Must be proficient at all PT level 1 competencies,maintain productivity level and have the potential to take on additionalresponsibilities. May require clinical expertise in specific discipline.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: WI state license as a Physical Therapist isrequired. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for theHealthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is requiredwithin 3 months of hire. RN/OT/PT/SLP, preferred.
