FTE:1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: 2 closingshifts until 7pm are required Holidays: NA Weekends: NA Job Summary: ThePhysical Therapist provides comprehensive physical therapy services tothe patient by assessing, planning, implementing, and documentingpatient care and treatment programs. The therapist participates invaried Rehabilitation Services department activities designed to enhancepatient care and programs. A Physical Therapist II demonstrates advancedevaluation and treatment skills and is involved in program development,staff education, student supervision. Also demonstrates emergingleadership skills and mentors department staff. Other duties asassigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of two years of clinicalTherapist experience meeting requirements of Level I responsibilities asdetermined by interview and assessment. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree from an accredited PhysicalTherapy program is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Must beproficient at all PT level 1 competencies, maintain productivity leveland have the potential to take on additional responsibilities. Mayrequire clinical expertise in specific discipline. LICENSUREDESCRIPTION: WI state license as a Physical Therapist is required.American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the HealthcareProvider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 3 monthsof hire. RN/OT/PT/SLP, preferred.
