Theindividual will occupy on average a 3 month assignment (timeframe may bemore or less) to assist at our clinics as far south as Oak Creek and asfar north as Kewaskum. FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours:40.00 Shift: Shift 1 Shift Details: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary:Under the direction of the department manager/ site director, supervisesand coordinates staff and activities that support department and siteoperations. Supports staffing model requirements, identifies and plansfor staff education and competency needs and evaluates the workperformance of clinic personnel. Participates in the budgeting processand enforces standards for quality and customer service, supporting theorganization's strategic priorities. Other duties as assigned.EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of one year of experience in a lead,charge or supervisory role is required. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Graduateof a post high school program that resulted in a technical diploma,certificate, associates or higher degree. Bachelor's degree ispreferred.
