The position is largelyremote with occasional meetings in Menomonee Falls and Neenah,Wisconsin. You will be required to travel to all of Froedtert ThedaCaresites as needed. Job Summary: Performs legal assignments related tosystem contracts in close collaboration with the Associate GeneralCounsel - Contracting. Works with a high degree of autonomy, managescomplex legal projects, analyzes information, drafts documents, andmanages the negotiation, renewal, termination, implementation, andmaintenance processes for system contracts. Provides contract review,interpretation, and explanation of contractual language and legalpolicies. Uses discretion and independent judgment through contractidentification and analysis, contract review, negotiation support,database storage/retrieval and contract monitoring. Provides contractanalysis support and makes independent, sound decisions on contractingmatters. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Minimum of 5 years of demonstratedexperience in contract drafting, review, negotiation, including workingknowledge of applicable contract laws required. 8-10 years experiencepreferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor's Degree in health careadministration, information management, business administration,finance, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications with acontract focus or concentration will be considered. SPECIAL SKILLSDESCRIPTION: Strong analytical skills and effective written and verbalcommunication skills, with the ability to proactively interact with alllevels of staff and/or others while achieving positive outcomesrequired. Ability to work both closely with a team and independently andto exercise flexibility and be a self-starter required. Advancedknowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excelrequired. Experience with contract lifecycle management softwarepreferred.
