Job Title: Assembly Line Technician Job Description Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Line Technician, where you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality doors and frames. You will be responsible for executing one of the seven essential steps in our assembly line process, ensuring precision and efficiency. Responsibilities + Assemble doors and frames on an assembly line. + Perform tasks such as stapling frames, applying glue, adding cores, and setting fronts and backs. + Stack doors on pallets and transport them to the compression machine. + Contribute to the production of approximately 1200 doors per day. Essential Skills + Experience with hand and power tools. + Ability to read blueprints and work instructions. + Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. + Experience in construction, assembly, and production environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications + 6+ months of general assembly experience in a production environment. + Woodworking experience is a plus. Why Work Here? Some areas may be dusty, with saws and sanders running, leading to louder noise levels. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gaylord, MN.
