The CMMS Analyst is responsible for supporting theCMMS Account Manager and optimizing processes and the Computerized MaintenanceManagement System (CMMS) to ensure accurate asset data, efficient maintenanceoperations, and robust reporting for facilities management across all sites forthe account. What You Will Do: + Support the migration to new CMMS platforms,including data preparation, validation, and organization. + Support the team bytroubleshooting CMMS access errors and requests, submitting Zendesktickets when appropriate. + Support in expansion of the teamincluding onboarding tasks, route changes as wellas Smartsheet and CMMS system updates. + Develop and maintain reports and documentationto support migration and ongoing operations. + Generate maintenance reports and provideinsights to improve efficiency and decision-making. + Provide support for legacy CMMS platforms duringtransitions. + Assist with post-go-live activities, includinguser support and issue resolution. + Create process documentation and workflowdiagrams for users and stakeholders. + Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholdersto ensure timely and accurate delivery of system changes, updates and training. + Collaborate with maintenance teams, engineersand supervisors; enhance workflow automation, and ensure the CMMS aligns withorganizational strategies. + Assist in overseeing Work Order Grading and Invoicingperformance metrics in accordance with account Key Performance Indicators(KPIs). + Provide training and support to users on CMMSfunctionality and best practices. + Assist in maintaining the CMMS dispatch matrixand technician routing. + Support onboarding activities for the team + Additional supporting duties as assigned by CMMSAccount Manager What You Will Need: + Experience working with CMMS platforms (beyondbasic work order management) + Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency,and experience with CMMS software. + Knowledge of maintenance operations, preventivemaintenance procedures, and data analysis tools and business intelligencesoftware (e.g., Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet). + Experience in the FM industry is highly desired. + Proven analytical skills and attention to detail + Ability to work independently and managemultiple projects and systems simultaneously + Strong organizational skills and comfort withfast-paced environments + Strong time management skills + Strong data entry, validation, and reportingskills (Excel, Google Workspace). + Ability to interpret raw data and transform itinto actionable reports. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Manager position is $90k annually and the maximum salary for the Manager position is $120k annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidateu2019s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREu2019s applicable benefit program.
