Responsibilities + Observe and analyze current manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. + Develop and implement quality control processes and cost-saving measures. + Evaluate the effectiveness of existing production equipment and fixtures. + Prepare, execute, and document product qualification testing. + Oversee the full lifecycle of a product's manufacturing process, including assembly, packaging, and quality control. + Educate new employees on current manufacturing and workflow processes. + Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, such as OSHA and AS9100. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or related engineering field + 5+ years of manufacturing experience + Proficiency in CAD software (preferably SolidWorks), statistical tools, and Microsoft office programs + Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills + Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certification is a strong plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pennington, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $51.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
