Description We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist to join our team in Lowell, Massachusetts. In this role, you will oversee a variety of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual dedicated to fostering a positive workplace environment while ensuring HR processes align with organizational standards. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage job postings and oversee applicant flow for various positions, including hourly, driver, warehouse, and other roles. u2022 Conduct candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and maintain communication throughout the hiring process. u2022 Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as background checks, drug screenings, and motor vehicle records. u2022 Prepare offer letters and ensure hiring and onboarding processes comply with regulations. u2022 Facilitate onboarding activities, including paperwork, system access, and orientation sessions. u2022 Maintain personnel files, I-9 documentation, and records to ensure compliance. u2022 Process terminations and manage offboarding tasks, including final pay and benefits updates. u2022 Support benefits enrollment processes, handle changes, and assist with qualifying life events. u2022 Assist with open enrollment coordination and employee communication in partnership with vendors. u2022 Provide guidance to managers on performance documentation and employee discussions. Requirements u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources roles, including employee relations and HR administration. u2022 Proficiency in onboarding processes and benefits functions. u2022 Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and their utilization. u2022 Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism. u2022 Familiarity with compliance regulations and HR documentation standards. u2022 Excellent organizational and communication skills. u2022 Experience supporting managers in performance-related tasks and employee conversations. u2022 Capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
