Inventory Support Coordinator Distribution Center / Cleanroom Environment ? _Location based on site_ ? Pay Range $20.00 u2013 $24.00 per hour , based on experience, shift, and qualifications ? Job Summary We are seeking an Inventory Support Coordinator to support inventory accuracy, material staging, and ERP transactions within a fastu2011paced distribution and manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production schedules are met through accurate cycle counting, SAP data entry, and effective coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid communication skills, and a working knowledge of inventory control, shipping, and receiving practices. ? Key Responsibilities + Perform cycle counting to ensure accurate inventory levels + Enter inventory and transaction data accurately in SAP and other ERP systems + Kit and stage materials efficiently for production and operational needs + Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and provide strong customer service + Interpret team metrics and recognize deviations from standard inventory practices + Ensure schedule adherence and quality standards + Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality + Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and material handling equipment at various heights u2705 Required Skills & Experience Essential Skills + Experience with SAP or other ERP systems + Strong cycle counting and inventory tracking skills + Knowledge of inventory control, shipping, and receiving processes + Basic computer proficiency, including ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software + Ability to work in a fastu2011paced environment and rapidly shift priorities Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent required + 0u20132 years of related experience + Experience in logistics or distribution environments preferred + PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) experience strongly preferred + Proven ability to follow policies, procedures, and meet schedules independently ?
