Job Description u2022u2003Assist in shaping a vision for digital experiences that contribute to optimizing the up-funnel eCommerce experience, ensuring seamless product discovery and engagement. u2022u2003Support engineering teams in translating product ideas into intuitive user stories and workflows. u2022u2003Work cross-functionally with developers, QA, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders in operations, merchandising, and marketing. u2022u2003Manage and groom the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities. u2022u2003Communicate direction and priorities to the development and QA teams, and work closely with Developers, QA engineers, UX/UI Designers, and partners to build high-value features that meet customer needs and drive sales on our digital web. u2022u2003Manage stakeholdersu2019 expectations and communicate effectively. u2022u2003Advocate for user needs, accessibility and SEO best practices in digital experiences. u2022u2003Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer data to support product decisions. u2022u2003Conduct A/B testing and customer research to validate product enhancements. u2022u2003Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies to help mitigate potential blockers. u2022u2003Define and track key performance metrics to assess product impact and drive improvements.
