Role Overview We are seeking anElectronics Test Technicianto support second-shift operations in our Courtland, AL facility. You will be instrumental in building, testing, and maintaining advanced electronic systems, contributing directly to Lockheed Martinu2019s mission of innovation in space technology. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with precision tools, and being part of a high-performing team. Key Duties / Responsibilities As an Electronics Test Technician, your work will include: u2022 Performing tasks in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and optical systems u2022 Constructing, troubleshooting, calibrating, adjusting, testing, diagnosing, and maintaining equipment, components, or systems u2022 Following schematics, engineering drawings, and both written and verbal instructions u2022 Operating testing equipment and recording accurate data in prescribed formats u2022 Conducting calibration and alignment checks, making adjustments or replacements as directed u2022 Preparing prescribed compounds and solutions as needed u2022 This role is essential to ensuring quality, precision, and reliability in everything we build. Work Environment u2022 Second-shift schedule: Monday u2013 Thursday, 4 PM u2013 2:30 AM (4x10 schedule) u2022 Collaborative, hands-on environment focused on precision, innovation, and continuous improvement u2022 Opportunities to grow technical skills and advance within a globally recognized aerospace leader Basic Qualifications: u2022 Ability to follow routine work instructions with limited supervision and complete new assignments using detailed instructions u2022 Strong skills in calculating and measuring, including fractions and decimals u2022 Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance Desired Skills: u2022 Interim Secret clearance or current ability to obtain a Secret clearance u2022 Hands-on experience with tools such as Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, and Function Generators u2022 Electrical harness experience or electrical troubleshooting skills u2022 Experience with electronics testing equipment u2022 Knowledge of assembly, test, and/or launch operations Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
