Description: Role Overview As a Systems Integration & Test Engineer, you will help ensure complex systems perform as designed by planning, executing, and documenting integration and test activities. You will work across engineering teams to translate requirements into effective test solutions and support system-level verification and validation efforts that are critical to mission success. This role focuses on hands-on test planning, execution support, and technical coordination, with opportunities to contribute across the system lifecycle. Key Duties / Responsibilities u2022 Develop, review, and execute system and subsystem test plans, procedures, and schedules u2022 Support and participate in design reviews, TRRs, and technical interchange meetings u2022 Integrate and test in-house developed and COTS/GOTS components and subsystems u2022 Translate customer and program requirements into practical, executable test approaches u2022 Coordinate test activities across engineering teams, programs, and partner organizations u2022 Analyze test results and prepare clear, accurate test reports validating system performance u2022 Document anomalies, write discrepancy reports, and support regression testing after fixes u2022 Ensure test activities meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints Work Environment u2022 Collaborative engineering environment with cross-functional teams u2022 Mix of planning, analysis, documentation, and hands-on test support u2022 Work supports system-level integration and mission-critical testing u2022 May include participation in formal reviews and structured test events Company Mission & Program Overview At Lockheed Martin, our mission is to deliver innovative, reliable solutions that support national security and space exploration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 - $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidateu2019s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
