Job Description As a Continuous Improvement Engineer will lead positive change through project management, continuous improvement, and Lean methodologies. u2022u2003Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to drive sustainable improvements and works closely with plant personnel . u2022u2003Develop and execute improvement action plans. u2022u2003Facilitate continuous improvement practices that enhance employee engagement. u2022u2003Develop and maintain tracking tools and measures to ensure project transparency. u2022u2003Assist in business case justification for projects and initiatives. u2022u2003Facilitate training and coaching on CI tools and disciplines. u2022u2003Work cross-functionally with plant departments utilizing effective communication skills. u2022u2003Apply project management methodologies to optimize resource utilization, enhance operational efficiency, and drive productivity improvements. u2022u2003Develop peer relationships with shop floor employees to gain understanding of production processes.
