Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Ogden, Utah. In this role, you will manage the full hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and hiring managers. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to high-volume recruitment efforts and strategic talent acquisition. Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. u2022 Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify top talent for diverse roles. u2022 Manage high-volume recruitment projects while maintaining quality standards. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. u2022 Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and organized candidate data. u2022 Build and nurture relationships with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the hiring process. u2022 Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies. u2022 Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment efforts. u2022 Promote the companyu2019s brand and values to attract top-tier candidates. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and onboarding. u2022 Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and their functionality. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment projects effectively. u2022 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. u2022 Familiarity with corporate recruiting strategies and practices. u2022 Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics for continuous improvement. u2022 Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and recruitment best practices. u2022 Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
