Test Site Director - Las Vegas

Description: You will be the Test Site Director in Las Vegas for the Combined Test Force (CTF) which is responsible for leading the CTF test program, business, and support functions at the government test range. What You Will Be Doing As the Test Site Director in Las Vegas you will be responsible for providing executive oversight of the test site, acting as the senior test representative, and guiding the LM workforce to meet strategic, technical, and schedule goals. Your responsibilities will include: + Provide executive oversight for test program leadership, security, administration, and flightu2011test metrics. + Serve as the senior test representative and primary interface to the CTF Director, managing Government Test Range execution. + Direct the LM workforce in flightu2011test planning and execution, ensuring compliance with technical, cost, and schedule requirements. + Develop and maintain test and maintenance schedules, resources, and personnel for air and ground systems. + Lead strategic vision for the testu2011site workforce, including competencyu2011development pipelines and engineering digitalu2011transformation initiatives. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline u2022 Demonstrated experience leading high performing teams/organizations. u2022 Demonstrated Test and/or Requirements Verification experience. u2022 Demonstrated Flight Test Operations experience. u2022 Demonstrated corrective action and problem-solving skills. u2022 Broad based program management experience: managing large performance efforts delivering cost, schedule and/or financial outcomes. u2022 Experience working with US Services and International Customers. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
