The right candidate for this highly rewarding job will be professional, motivated, and ready to learn Key Responsibilities u00b7 Monitor and control access to client facilities. u00b7 Perform regular patrols in a retail mall setting to ensure the safety and security of assigned areas. u00b7 Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, including medical, fire, and other incidents. u00b7 Enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures. u00b7 Prepare and submit detailed incident and daily activity reports. u00b7 Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and emergency personnel. u00b7 Provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and clients. u00b7 Conduct inspections and maintain equipment as required. u00b7 Assist in risk assessments and proactive measures to enhance security. Qualifications u00b7 Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure. u00b7 Robust experience in customer service, law enforcement, security, and/or military roles are strongly preferred. u00b7 Strong communication skills and comfortable with engaging in difficult conversations. u00b7 Committed to ethical practices and following all safety protocols, always maintaining a safe and respectful approach. u00b7 Basic to moderate computer skills required. u00b7 MUST be comfortable standing and walking for long periods of time in a retail setting. Requirements u00b7 At least 18 years of age. u00b7 Reliable means of communication and transportation. u00b7 Legal right to work in the United States. u00b7 Ability to effectively speak, read and write English. u00b7 MUST have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. u00b7 Ability to complete all pre-employment requirements prior to starting.
