Assembly Technician

Assembly Technician u2013 Contract-to-Hire Location: Kindred, ND Shift: Monu2013Thurs, 7:00 a.m.u20135:30 p.m. Pay: $19u2013$20/hr Summary Hands-on assembly role building grain bins, dryers, and augers. Heavy use of hand/power tools, blueprint reading, and working in a small team environment. Key Responsibilities + Assemble metal components to spec using blueprints and job packets + Use hand/power tools, drills, wrenches, and equipment daily + Pull parts, set up materials, and build subassemblies + Operate roll former and collect finished product + Inspect parts before QC + Support other stations and departments as needed + Maintain clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures Required Skills + Hand/power tool experience + Blueprint reading + Mechanical assembly background + Ability to lift 75 lbs Preferred + Small parts assembly or production experience + Farming/roofing familiarity + Strong communication skills Why Work Here Small, family-style environment with real growth opportunities, supportive leadership, and strong teamwork culture.
