As a Assembler Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of high-quality aerospace components. You will work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on an onsite work schedule In this role, you will impact the overall production quality and efficiency, ensuring that all assembled products meet the required specifications and standards, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and business growth. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + 2nd shift 2:30pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday + Assemble components and products according to engineering specifications and quality standards. + Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure products meet specifications. + Collaborate with team members to improve assembly processes and efficiency. **YOU MUST HAVE** + 2+ years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environments. + Strong understanding of assembly processes and techniques. + Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment. + Experience with quality control procedures and standards. + Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing setting. **WE VALUE** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + 3+ years of experience in aerospace assembly or related fields. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. + Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
