Internship - Client Experience for Environmental ConsultingLocation: Seattle, WACompensation: $23.00 / hourWhat Is the Opportunity?Anchor QEA is seeking interns across a broad range of practice areas for our 2026 Internship Program. We will require interns to regularly come into an office and potentially perform fieldwork, depending on project terns will experience a combination of hands-on fieldwork and a defined project within their scope of study, as well as the opportunity for exposure to other service areas within our firm. There will be opportunities to work with senior- and principal-level professionals, assisting with project-related tasks and gaining insight into the world of professional consulting. Interns will have a solid understanding of environmental consulting at the conclusion of the program.What Are We Looking For?Current undergraduate or graduate students majoring in a field related to the below:Marketing (digital marketing and content development, or marketing analytics, research, and database management)Proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to interpret and apply technical informationExcellent organizational skillsProject management mindset to effectively manage priorities and meet deadlinesDesire to work collaboratively with others to accomplish goalsBalance of a professional attitude while having funWhat Are the Responsibilities?Deliver a defined capstone project with assistance from senior engineers, scientists, planners, and other professionals. To support this goal, interns may be asked to:Support implementation of remedial investigations/feasibility studies and design evaluationsConduct research and analysis around prospective clients, trends, strategies, industries, activation needs, etc.Assist with field planning, data analysis, and report writingAssist with research and data entry for new business initiativesPartner to complete field sampling activities in-water and/or on land, project field documentation and supporting preparation of figures and tables for project deliverablesConduct field activities, including collection of sediment, soil, water, air, waste, or biota samples or other field tasksSupport firmwide marketing initiatives translating insights into actionable recommendations for business development and brand strategyComplete OSHA HAZWOPER training as requiredUpdate documents, calendars, schedules, weekly statuses, etc.What Is the Timeline for the 2026 Internship Program?Date (s) Timeline ItemFebruary 9 - February 20 Application submittal periodMarch 16 - March 20 Anchor QEA interviews take place nationwideMarch 30 - April 3 Selected candidates receive offersMay 19 Earliest start date for interns (subject to availability)Further details will be provided during the interview process.What Can You Expect?A collaborative and collegial work environment where we encourage everyone to bring their authentic self.How to Apply?Apply online through Anchor QEA's Open Positions page atare encouraged to apply.Who Are We?Anchor QEA is an environmental science and engineering consulting firm that is focused on transforming the environment and our communities, with integrity and vibe.
