Each intern will gain hands-on experience working on a single, focused business project in one of the areas listed terns will work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects across marketing, sales development, program management, and training and education. This program provides exposure to real-world business challenges, opportunities for creative problem-solving, and strong support for personal and professional growth.Business Internship Project TracksMarketing OperationsThe intern will support the Marketing team through campaign execution, content development, market research and analytics to help drive brand awareness, demand generation, and go-to-market effectiveness.You may:Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, email, and event channelsConduct market and competitive research to inform positioning and messagingAssist with content development, including emails, social posts, landing pages, or sales enablement materialsHelp analyze campaign performance and summarize insights to optimize future effortsSupport marketing operations tasks such as asset organization or process documentationIdeal background: Marketing, Communications, Business, Marketing Analytics, Research, or related fields with relevant coursework or internship experienceSales Development & Revenue OperationsThe intern will support Sales Development through account research, Ideal Client Profile (ICP) refinement, and Salesforce data optimization to improve outbound prospecting effectiveness.You may:Research and update accounts within Salesforce aligned to ICP criteriaSupport data accuracy efforts that enable effective SDR outreachResearch leads and contacts for new or emerging productsAnalyze messaging or targeting approaches to improve prospect engagementIdeal background: Sales, Marketing, Business, or Revenue Operations with relevant coursework or experienceClient Success - Program ManagementThe intern will support the Client Success Program Manager with adoption and ongoing maintenance of the Client Experience Platform.You may:Assist with program coordination and platform enablement activitiesSupport data collection, cleansing, and documentation of internal client dataTrack program updates and support stakeholder communicationGain exposure to client-facing operations and program management practicesIdeal background: Business, Operations, Project Management, or related fieldsKey skills: Strong attention to detail and clear communicationClient Success - Research & EducationIntern Role: The intern will support research and content development related to variation in healthcare costs, utilization,
