Initiates referrals to healthcare providers as needed. + Delivers competent, compassionate care to patients in pain according to policy and maintains a safe care environment. + Administers medications accurately as ordered. Responds to unit and hospital code situations. + Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients requiring oxygen support. Assists physicians with bedside procedures. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: u2022 Must be able to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient, evaluate interventions, and revise plan of care [Required] u2022 according to patient outcomes.
