Fractional CTO / Startup Chicago, Illinois Hybrid Contract $100/hr - $150/hr Weu2019re looking for a Fractional CTO to provide senior-level technical leadership, architecture oversight, and strategic guidance during our growth phase. Engineering Manager to join a fast-growing real estate technology startup building a platform to manage recurring home care services in high-value property markets more effectively. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives at the intersection of hands-on engineering, systems thinking, and people leadership. Youu2019ll split your time roughly 50/50 between coding and leadership, helping shape both the product and the engineering organization as we scale.
