The team is currently transitioning key processes into Salesforce---including a new loan origination solution---and the BSA will help drive this transformation.u00a0You will conduct gap analysis, work closely with business and technology partners, and help define requirements as the organization moves from current-state workflows into the new Salesforce-based platform. While Salesforce experience is a plus, it's not required.The position leans more toward the Systems Analyst side, blending strong technical skills with the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders. This is a flexible BSA role that requires both analytical thinking and the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.u00a0Requirements:- Large Enterprise Experience.- 3+ years of Business System Analysis Experience.- Strong Excel and SQL - heavy analysis work.- Must be able to communicate effectivelyu00a0Nice to Have:- Banking/Financial Services Industry Experience- ADO - similar to JIRA. Easy to pick up, not a hard requirement.u00a0Key Responsibilities:- Serves as a liaison and knowledge source with stakeholders, product owner and team members.- Work in an Agile environment and is expected to take requirements and effectively develop Features and User Stories with the team.- Work with the Agile team, Product Owner, and business stakeholders to facilitate and gather requirements, including documenting the source to target data mappings.- Work with Product Owner and other SMEs to refine Epics -- which triggers creation of Features and User-Stories- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions to refine user story details, acceptance criteria, and establish story points with team members. These meetings should result in user stories ready to be prioritized into the backlog.- Participates in the identification, quantification and mitigation of project risks and issues.- Responsible for working with the Application BSAs to identify and escalate impediments to completing the requirements to the Scrum Master.Basic Qualificationsu00b7 Bachelor's Degreeu00b7 3+ years of experience as Business Systems Analyst in a Data Warehouse environment.u00b7 3+ years of experience using SQL to create ad-hoc queries and analyze data.Preferred Qualificationsu00b7 Experience in financial services (banking) industry.u00b7 Experience working with Snowflake and AWS S3.u00b7 Experience in data modeling activities in Erwin or other modeling toolsu00b7 Understanding of enterprise data warehousing best practices and standards.u00b7 Strong data mapping experience creating source to target mappings.u00b7 Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.u00b7 Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously.u00b7 Excellent verbal and written communications skills.u00b7 Experience leading other BSAs on a project team.u00a0Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
