Summary of Responsibilities: The senior integration specialist is responsible for operational stabilization and sustained adoption following property integrations. This role works directly with assigned properties to complete outstanding integration and onboarding activities and ensures daily operations align with Avenue5 standards and client expectations. Primary Responsibilities and Objectives: u00b7 Serve as the primary point of contact during assigned integration and stabilization periods, supporting property teams and leadership u00b7 Drive completion of integration, onboarding, and operational tasks to ensure timely and sustainable stabilization u00b7 Partner with operations and portfolio services leaders to support client expectations, property management agreements, and Avenue5 standards u00b7 Identify operational gaps, risks, or compliance concerns and escalate as needed u00b7 Provide hands-on support for day-to-day property operations, including leasing, collections, marketing, reporting, and basic system and financial processes u00b7 Support due diligence inspections, integrations, and non-integrating property assignments as needed u00b7 Facilitate property technology setup and system stabilization, including computers, email, phone/voicemail, and property platforms u00b7 Provide onboarding, training, coaching, and performance support for new or transitioning associates u00b7 Introduce Avenue5 policies, procedures, culture, and systems to new properties and associates u00b7 Communicate clearly and professionally with property teams, operations leadership, and clients u00b7 Prepare concise documentation and reporting on completed tasks, outstanding items, and operational risks u00b7 Perform other duties as assigned Education and Experience u00b7 High school diploma required. Bacheloru2019s degree preferred. u00b7 Four or more years of property management experience required u00b7 Three or more years of direct experience as an assistant property manager, property manager, or district/regional manager u00b7 CAM certification preferred u00b7 Prior experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafu00e9, RealPage, OneSite, or equivalent property management systems preferred u00b7 Prior experience with Salesforce preferred u00b7 Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal Fair Housing laws Skills and Requirements: u00b7 Maintain a consistently professional demeanor and appearance u00b7 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment u00b7 Exercise sound judgment, make timely decisions, and adapt to ambiguity and evolving property needs u00b7 Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, clients, and all levels of leadership u00b7 Proven organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills u00b7 Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and support associates with varying levels of experience u00b7 Ability to manage stress and professionally de-escalate challenging situations u00b7 Sensitivity to confidential information and adherence to company policies and safety requirements u00b7 Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel u00b7 Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English u00b7 Valid driveru2019s license, clean driving record, and current auto insurance required u00b7 Ability to successfully complete and pass the Avenue5 Fair Housing, Preventing Discrimination and Harassment training, and other courses if assigned Scheduling: u00b7 Travel-based position with variable schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed u00b7 Extensive travel required (75% to 90%), including overnight and extended stays u00b7 On-call support may be required during staffing and operational gaps Environment: u00b7 Exposure to an environment typically found in an office building u00b7 Frequent exposure to airports, airplanes, rental cars, hotels, etc. Physical Requirements: Avenue5 will make reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
