Pay: $65,000-$85,000 annually; can increase based on education and years of experience Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and Company paid Life Insurance within 90 days, 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 ( What you will do: The Licensed Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy while overseeing the completion of treatment for students under their care. This may include services such as: clinical assessments, service planning, counseling, case management, record keeping, and service coordination with the multi-disciplinary team. As the Licensed Therapist, you may document and assess the effectiveness of specific interventions toward meeting the treatment plan objectives and goals. This position may require you to provide crisis intervention, as necessary and does require monthly progress notes, staffing reports, plans, and discharge summaries of all students within your care.
