Oversee the operational responsibility for a group of patient care areas and/or special projects or initiatives. + Engage and assemble stakeholders to drive results focusing on health care economics, quality/safety nurse sensitive indicators, case management, continuum of care, regulatory management and healthcare operations. + Attract, recruit and retain talent, cultivating engaged nurses, leaders and support staff focused on high-quality care driving the consumer experience. + Collaborate with executive leadership to execute business strategies that improve overall performance metrics and financial performance. + Formulate policies and procedures consistent with recognized standards of professional practice and compliance of regulatory standards. + Foster a culture of appreciation, belongingness, inclusivity, diversity and equity to drive the associate experience. Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration: + Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: + Master's degree required. Work Experience: + 5 years of experience required. + 10 years of experience preferred. + 2 years of leadership or management experience required. + 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
