Your work will focus on radio access network (RAN) performance, RF propagation, coverage modeling, and interference analysis to support oversight and continuous improvement of mission-critical communications infrastructure.u00a0 Key Responsibilities includeu00a0(but are not limited to):u00a0u00a0 + Analyze wireless network performance and coverage data, including LTE and 5G technologiesu00a0 + Develop technical analyses, coverage maps, and reports using industry-standard toolsu00a0 + Review and interpret network metrics tou00a0identifyu00a0trends, gaps, and improvement opportunitiesu00a0 + Prepare technical briefings and documentation for government stakeholdersu00a0 + Support risk identification, issue tracking, and technical recommendationsu00a0 + Perform RF propagation and coverage modeling for LTE and 5G public safety networksu00a0 + Conduct interference, signal quality, and spectrum analysis tou00a0identifyu00a0performance issuesu00a0 + Analyze drive test data and field measurements tou00a0validateu00a0coverage and network performanceu00a0 + Support evaluation of RAN design parameters including antenna configurations, frequency bands, and throughput constraintsu00a0 + Develop technical recommendations related to coverage enhancement,u00a0deployables, and network evolutionu00a0 + Review wireless engineering deliverables such as link budgets, propagation plots, and coverage predictionsu00a0 + Carry out ouru00a0Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thriveu00a0 Location:u00a0 You will worku00a0as part of a dynamic teamu00a0remotely.u00a0You will work at the client site dependent on contractu00a0requirements.u00a0 Required Experience/Skills:u00a0u00a0 + Bacheloru2019s degreeu00a0 + 8+u00a0years of professional experienceu00a0 + Experience with LTE, 5G, and broadband network technologiesu00a0 + Experience with RF planningu00a0and network analysis tools (e.g.,u00a0InfoVistau00a0Planet, Atoll, ArcGIS, MapInfo, TEMS, Rohde & Schwarz tools)u00a0 + Background in telecommunications engineering or network performance analysisu00a0 + Experience supporting federal or large-scale infrastructure programsu00a0 + Demonstrated experience in RF engineering, wireless propagation, or RAN performance analysisu00a0 + Knowledge of LTE/5G RF fundamentals including SINR, RSRP/RSRQ, carrier aggregation, and spectrum planningu00a0 + Experience supporting coverage validation, optimization, or interference mitigation effortsu00a0 + US citizenshipu00a0or permanent residentu00a0and the ability to pass public trust clearance or suitabilityu00a0 Preferred Experience/Skills:u00a0 + Experience supporting federal government clientsu00a0 Donu2019tu00a0think you have everything for this role but are stillu00a0very interested?
