WECA is looking for a full-time Early Head StartChild Care Partnership (CCP) Monitoring & Compliance Manager. The EarlyHead Start Monitoring & Compliance Manager ensures the Early Head Startprogram operates in full alignment with the Head Start ProgramPerformance Standards and local, state, and federal regulations. Thisrole works in close partnership with agency staff, community partners,and child care partner sites to support the development, coordination,and delivery of high-quality Early Head Start services and maintainsdata systems critical to the program's success and compliance. Thisposition may be required to complete additional tasks related to theEarly Head Start Program. Living in Milwaukee Wisconsin is required forthis position. Experience working in the early childcare industry isrequired for this position. Spanish/English bilingual candidates areencouraged to apply for this position. This is a hybrid position whereyou would be working from your home office and frequently going out intothe community to work with child care partners.
