JOB REQUIREMENTS: This role requires the ability to work lawfully in theU.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in thefuture. Are you a master negotiator with a proven track record indriving sales success? Join Spectrum Community Solutions as a seasonedand results-oriented sales professional. In this strategic role, youwill implement innovative sales strategies to secure our services inmultiple dwelling unit (MDU) properties, ensuring maximum product andservice penetration. Your expertise will directly contribute to ourorganization's growth and revenue. What our Account Executives forCommunity Solutions enjoy most about the role Simplifying and enhancingthe customer experience. Developing strategic sales presentations tosecure long-term R.O.E agreements with MDUs and SFUs. Exceedingquarterly revenue sales quotas across all products, including HSD,video, managed Wi-Fi, and other bulk services. Building consultativerelationships with high-level clientele to offer the bestproducts/services and maximize client NOI. Negotiating competitive MDUsales agreements while navigating the legal redline process andleveraging product knowledge to develop proposals and contracts. WorkingConditions Office environment. Travel as required, up to 50% of thetime. Travel will primarily include day trips with occasional overnighttravel required. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degreeor relevant work experience. Experience: Up to 1+ year(s) of strategicplanning and problem-solving skills to develop effective salesstrategies. Up to 1+ year(s) of experience navigating long sales cyclesto manage and close complex deals. Technical Skills: Proven negotiationskills and contract proposal/review experience. Working knowledge ofcomputer networking, LAN/WAN technologies, and fiber-connected networks.Skills & Abilities: Detail-oriented for accurate forecasting andtracking customer interactions. Effective communicator via phone, email,and WebEx to enhance client relationships. Strong multi-taskingabilities for organization and efficiency. Consultative sales experienceto meet client needs. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonalskills to build rapport. Self-motivation and efficiency within deadlinesfor productivity. Adaptable communication style and professional poiseto connect with stakeholders. Valid driver's license, satisfactorydriving record within company-required standards, and auto insurance.Preferred Qualifications Skills: Experience with CRM systems(Salesforce). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint, Outlook). Automated reporting and analysis application.Recent experience negotiating long-term R.O.E agreements with MDU.Familiarity with the cable industry for business context.
