Located just steps from the Capitoland minutes from UW-Madison, Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is a vibranthub for art, culture, and community. We are looking for adetail-oriented and dependable Room Attendant to ensure guest rooms meetthe highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and care. What You'll DoClean and prepare guest rooms efficiently and thoroughly within assignedtime standards Change bed linens, dust furniture, clean mirrors, andsanitize bathrooms and vanity areas Vacuum carpets and maintain cleaningequipment daily Restock housekeeping carts and closets with supplies asneeded Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or lost and founditems to your supervisor Follow all safety, key control, and uniformpolicies Assist with deep cleaning projects and special assignmentsMaintain a professional, courteous attitude while working in guest areasWhat You Bring A positive attitude and a strong attention to detailAbility to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift throughout your shiftAbility to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment Flexibility towork various shifts, including weekends and holidays Experience inhousekeeping or hospitality preferred-but not required Commitment tocreating a warm, welcoming environment for all guests What We Offer Weknow people thrive when they feel supported-personally andprofessionally.
