Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: SENIOR ADMINSTRATIVE ASSISTANT u2013 FULL TIME u2013 COMMUNITY HOSPICE (Albany Office) Narrative: The Community Hospice has a rewarding opportunity for a full time Senior administrative assistant to join our support team at our Albany Office located at 445 New Karner Road. This position works as part of a team supporting clinicians who admit patients to hospice services across 8 counties. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: + data entry and use of computer software, and answering phones. + The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast changing environment, ability to work efficiently, easy to with, and strong time management skills. Requirements: + High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred but not required. + Minimum of 3 years secretarial experience. Strong customer service, computer skills, ability to work as a part of a team, flexible and adaptable to change. Community Hospice provides a thorough orientation and a supportive work environment. Apply today for more information Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.92 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
