This is an exciting opportunity to drive high u2011 voltage transmission projects that support renewable integration and the nationu2019s evolving energy needs. What You'll Do: + Lead proposal development and create clear scopes, schedules, and budgets in coordination with transportation technical teams + Serve as the primary client partner, addressing needs proactively and ensuring strong communication throughout each project + Develop project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and direct task coordination across multidisciplinary project teams + Manage project schedules, deliverables, approvals, and quality controls to keep work on track and aligned with contract requirements + Oversee project financialsu2014including budgets, forecasts, revenue, and cash flowu2014maintaining strong financial performance + Direct contract administration, subcontractor coordination, and critical project documentation + Lead regular project meetings and provide timely progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders + Support marketing efforts, help identify new opportunities, and contribute to the growth of CHAu2019s Electric Transmission portfolio What You Bring: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Electrical Engineering required; Masteru2019s degree preferred + Minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience; minimum of 6 years of project management experience required + Professional Engineer (PE) license required + Expert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practices + Advanced proficiency in engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft Office + Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering laws + Proven ability to manage client relationships and interpret client contract requirements + Demonstrated experience preparing proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documents required + Experience managing project accounting processesu2014including forecasting, budgeting, revenue, and cash flowu2014required + Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment + Ability to solve problems independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously + Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership skills with the ability to adapt style for various audiences + Ability to travel as needed required + Participation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferred Why You'll Love It Here: + Lead innovative electric transmission projects that make a lasting impact on sustainability + Work alongside passionate engineers, planners, and technical specialists who drive excellence in every phase of delivery + Enjoy a collaborative, growth u2011 focused culture where your ideas, expertise, and professional development are valued Curious about the impactful work our Electric Transmission team is doing? Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
