Manages the schedule of assigned techniciansand mechanics. Ensures schedule allows fortimelycompletionofpreventative maintenance and aligns with monthly forecasting goals.Debrief activities of assignedtechnicians/mechanicsdaily, coordinatingwithtechnicians/mechanicsto resolve concerns quickly. Assesses jobcompletion and collaborates with Customer Billing Coordinators andCustomer Support Coordinators to progress completed jobs through theappropriatebusinessprocess.
