As a Club LoungeAssistant at The Pfister Hotel, you will act as an ambassador of thehotel by providing exceptional food and beverage service, personalizedassistance, and information about local attractions. You will ensureguests enjoy a comfortable, seamless, and memorable experience in theClub Lounge. Built in 1893, The Pfister Hotel has been a Milwaukee iconfor nearly 130 years. Recognized for its grand tradition of graciousservice and timeless style, The Pfister has proudly held the AAA FourDiamond designation for 46 consecutive years-one of only 11 propertiesin North America to do so since the program's inception in 1976.WhatYou'll Be Doing: Greet guests warmly and provide a hospitable,engaging welcome. Identify guest needs and offer personalized servicethroughout their stay. Provide accurate information regarding hotelfeatures, daily events, F&B outlets, Well Spa, and city attractions. Perform duties of Club Lounge Attendant, ensuring guests receivefirst-class service and comfort. Complete data entry and guesttransactions in the front desk computer system. Set up, replenish,and break down food and beverage offerings as needed. Maintaincleanliness and organization of the lounge and service stations. Perform assigned side work such as replenishing condiments andrestocking supplies. Respond to guest inquiries and resolvecomplaints within scope of authority. Follow proper health andsanitation practices in all food and beverage areas. Perform otherduties as assigned by management.What We're Looking For: Priorcustomer service experience required; hospitality or food & beverageexperience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen effectively andspeak/write English clearly. Ability to work independently whilemaintaining a guest-focused approach. Basic math skills for guesttransactions and ticketing. Proficiency with computer systems forguest transactions and data entry. Ability to stand, walk, andperform duties for extended periods. Hearing and visual ability todetect and respond to emergency situations.
