KPMG is currently seeking anAssociate Director, Viva Engage Technical Lead to join our GlobalTechnology & Knowledge Group which is part of KPMG Internationalorganization.Responsibilities: Collaborate with member firms to increasethe adoption of Viva Engage across KPMG Manage Global communities;collaborate with Microsoft to review the Microsoft Viva customerexperience platform roadmap, and test products in lower environmentsbefore implementing it in production Act as a trusted advisor to theViva Engage community; create regular touchpoints with member firm leadsTrain stakeholder groups Product/service documentation, and intranetpage updates Act with integrity, professionalism, and personalresponsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous workenvironmentQualifications: Minimum seven years of recent experienceworking with M365 products such as SharePoint Online and Power Platform;minimum three years of recent experience working as a Viva Engage and/orM365 Product Lead Master's degree from an accredited college oruniversity is preferred.
