Schedule: PRN Shift: Day (United States of America) Address: 601 E ROLLINS ST City: ORLANDO State: Florida Postal Code: 32803 Job Description: + Maintains good relationships with physicians, management, other departments, and staff, and investigates and responds to complaints in a timely manner. + Actively participates in Cardiothoracic Service Line Performance Improvement projects and completes at least one project annually to improve outcomes and quality for Cardiothoracic patients. + Supports customer and employee satisfaction activities of the organization. + Anticipates the needs of the surgeon and keeps the circulating nurse informed of any needs throughout a procedure. + Assists the team with safe and appropriate operating room turnover times in an efficient and organized manner.
