Description Robert Half is partnering with a commercial real estate company in the Greater Hartford area in their search for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal with extensive leasing experience. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and overseeing commercial real estate leases, ensuring all legal and administrative aspects are handled efficiently. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage and maintain commercial real estate lease documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. u2022 Review lease agreements to ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational policies. u2022 Provide support in drafting, editing, and finalizing lease contracts and amendments. u2022 Conduct research on real estate laws and regulations to advise on compliance matters. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate lease negotiations. u2022 Ensure timely processing and tracking of lease agreements and related documentation. u2022 Assist in resolving lease-related issues by coordinating with legal and business teams. u2022 Maintain organized records of all lease transactions and updates in the company database. u2022 Support the preparation of reports and summaries related to leasing activities. u2022 Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and practices to enhance operational efficiency. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing, with a strong understanding of related legal processes. u2022 Familiarity with lease agreements, contracts, and amendments. u2022 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. u2022 Strong analytical and research skills to interpret real estate laws and regulations. u2022 Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders. u2022 Proficiency in maintaining organized records and databases. u2022 Thorough approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance. u2022 Paralegal certification or equivalent relevant experience.
