Job DescriptionGeneral Purpose of Job:u00a0u00a0Provides direct physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist according to the physician approved written plan of care.u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0Essential Duties:This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis.u00a0 Caregivers may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader.
