About the role and what youu2019ll be doing: u00b7 Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Angular. u00b7 Perform technical analysis, impact assessment, and code retrofitting for enhancements, upgrades, and platform migrations. u00b7 Experience in enterprise-level ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, HPPPM etc.) and their operational workflows. u00b7 Worked on waterfall and agile methodology projects; capable of handling u2013 Incidents, Service Requests and Change Requests simultaneously. u00b7 Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices for integration with internal and external systems. u00b7 Implement and manage middleware configurations using WebSphere, JBoss, MQ, OpenShift, and API Gateways. u00b7 Provide technical troubleshooting and resolution for complex application and integration issues across Linux, Windows, and z/OS platforms. u00b7 Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Java applications and database queries. u00b7 Develop technical documentation (Knowledge Base articles, SOPs) for business and support teams u00b7 Participate in upgrade projects including OS, middleware, and database version transitions. u00b7 Implement and utilize DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native development. u00b7 Understand both functional and technical requirements and provide implementation/change options aligned with business needs.
