:Purchasing for the CNLD research programs and purchasing of office supplies for the group.Preparation, submission, and monitoring of administrative forms, particularly for travel.Updating and maintaining displays in CNLD common spacesAssist in creating visual and multimedia content to enhance online communication efforts and website.Qualifications:Current junior or senior majoring in science, engineering, or a related fieldCreative, detail-oriented, and organized, with an ability to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to explain scientific topics to a broad audiencePreferred: Familiarity with building and maintaining websites.Work Schedule and Compensation:Part-time student work study position (1015 hours per week, flexible scheduling)Compensation in accordance with university work study guidelinesHourly Rate: $18.00Working ConditionsStandard in-person office conditions.Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation.Use of manual dexterity.Physical TasksSome lifting and moving of equipment may be required.May work in standard office conditions.Required MaterialsResume/CVStatement of research interests3 ReferenceImportant for applicants who are NOT current university employees or contingent workers: You will be prompted to submit your resume in the first step of the online job application process.
