Description Our team is responsible for building and managing global, business-critical applications within AppleCare Sales & Service space. Our enterprise solutions and services are leveraged across a wide spectrum of consumers, including Apple Service Providers, Carriers, Self-Servicing Customers, Repair Centers, Mac Depots, and all Apple Retail storesu2019 Genius Bars. These applications are designed to deliver a world-class sales and service experience to our this role, you will employ innovative techniques, working collaboratively with cross-functional team members and business stakeholders during full lifecycle development process. Serve as the AppleCare Sales and Service domain champion, leading the design and architectural development of innovative Repair and AppleCare solutions that enhance the end-to-end experience for customers across diverse sales and service channels. Minimum Qualifications + 5 years experience in business process definition, requirement definition, solution architecture + 5 years business analysis experience working with large scale enterprise solutions + 5 years experience in software development methodologies (including agile and traditional waterfall) + 5 years experience in working in a cross functional time-zone distributed team environment + 5 years experience in Java, SOA, J2EE, Object Oriented Programming and Oracle + Bacheloru2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
