For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: This role, will lead the delivery of data-driven insights and strategic recommendations for the Baltimore Ravensu2019 hospitality operations (branded as Hospitality Evermore) at M&T Bank Stadium. Working closely with E15, Levyu2019s Vice President of Hospitality, and the Ravensu2019 Strategy & Analytics team, this role will transform data into actionable strategies that enhance the fan experience and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who blends analytical rigor with business acumen, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys collaborating across teams to shape hospitality innovation. Ideal Qualifications: u2022 Bacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. u2022 3u20137 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or other quantitative, client-facing roles. u2022 Advanced Excel proficiency, including financial modeling (ROI and P&L). u2022 Experience using SQL, Tableau, Power BI, R, or Python for data analysis and visualization. u2022 Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences. u2022 Familiarity with survey analysis and hospitality or food service operations preferred. u2022 Collaborative, self-starting attitude with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership & Insights Delivery: u2022 Serve as the primary analytics liaison between E15, Levy, and the Baltimore Ravens, aligning on hospitality and fan experience strategy. u2022 Develop deep knowledge of stadium operations, including venue layout, technology, and guest flow. u2022 Deliver strategic recommendations that improve guest satisfaction, operational performance, and profitability. Analytics & Reporting: u2022 Design and implement pricing, product mix, placement, and promotion strategies for concessions and premium spaces. u2022 Create and maintain dashboards, reports, heat maps, and presentations that inform operator and partner decisions. u2022 Present post-event performance reviews, articulating insights and opportunities for future events. u2022 Analyze survey data, including NFL Voice of the Fan feedback, to identify trends and actionable insights. u2022 Measure sponsorship performance and share relevant insights with Ravens leadership. Innovation & Operational Optimization: u2022 Leverage AI, consumer insights, and emerging technologies to advance hospitality excellence. u2022 Analyze labor models, cost of sales, and other financial metrics to identify efficiency opportunities. u2022 Manage or execute ad-hoc analytical projects supporting business priorities. Management Opportunity: u2022 Manage a junior analytics resource to support with ongoing reporting u2022 Support with a team of gameday interns that support the concessions experience Expectations: This role will require on-site work at M&T Bank Stadium Baltimore, MD, with 1-2 days per week at the Ravens teamu2019s offices in Owings Mills, MD.
