You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Customer Success teams to uncover user needs, shape product strategy, and deliver insights that directly influence the patient and provider experience. This is a hands-on role for someone excited about solving complex healthcare challenges in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy, discovery, and design decisions.Partner with cross-functional teams to identify experience opportunities and test product hypotheses.Utilize research methods such as surveys, experiments, data analysis, and moderated/unmoderated studies.Lead and facilitate ideation workshops to support collaborative problemsolving.Present insights and recommendations through clear, compelling storytelling.Contribute to long-term research and UX strategy, ensuring scalable patterns and best practices.Continuously iterate on concepts to build deep expertise in user behaviors and needs.Advocate for UX maturity within your product team and the broader organization.About YouDeep curiosity about human behavior and fort navigating ambiguity in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.Collaborative mindset and willingness to share responsibility for understanding mitment to empowering teams through UX best practices.Quick adaptability as products, processes, and technology mature.Balanced and Agile approach to strategy, research, interaction design, and visual thinking.Minimum QualificationsDegree or equivalent experience and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experienceCritical Skills (Required)4+ years of UX Research experiencewith digital products.Proficiency inqualitative and quantitative research methods(e.g., interviews, surveys, experiments, data analysis).Proficiency in long term research method (site visit, journaling, discovery)Ability to independently choose appropriate research methodologies based on goals and constraints.Strong communication skills to execute research activities and engage/influence stakeholders.Experience collaborating incross-functional product teamswithin a complex business environment.Understanding of thedesign processfrom discovery through evaluation.Preferred SkillsFamiliarity with product and research tools such asMiro,FigJam,Lucidchart,UserTesting, User Interviews, or fort withproduct analytics toolsand behavioral analysis.Experience inhealthcare or specialty medication
