Experience: 11+ YearsProficiencyin managing contract operations and strategic initiatives while providing oversight on staff allocation and resource use isrequired.- Strong organizational skills are essential to track status and manage deliverables effectively, ensuring adherence to program controls.- Capability tofacilitateeffective communication with stakeholders andmaintaincompliance with reporting standards isadvantageous.- Experience in administrative roles coupled with problem-solving skills supports assuming leadership roles whennecessitated.- Skilled in managing and supporting contract personnel, cost, safety, and security.- Skilled in managing and supporting contract personnel, cost, safety, and security.- Knowledge and compliance with OSHA, AFOSH, and federal safety standards.
