The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Role Purpose We are looking for Sr. HR IT Specialist to support and optimize our core HR IT processes, including mass data loads , data corrections , and SAP ESM workflows . This role will also focus on leveraging AI tools and techniques to improve operational efficiency and automate repetitive tasks. The ideal candidate will work closely with a senior resource during the initial months to gain comprehensive expertise in HR IT operations and assume responsibilities as the primary support resource. In addition to ensuring operational continuity, the candidate will play a key role in SAP ESM product DevOps and apply AI-driven solutions to streamline processes, optimize workflows, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities u00b7 Mass loads and Data corrections to employee data while ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational standards. u00b7 Support Successfactors Release testing and Upgrades. u00b7 Troubleshooting and provide Tier 1/2/3 HRIS support. u00b7 Configure, optimize, and troubleshooting workflows within SAP Enterprise Service Management (ESM). u00b7 Identifying process improvement and workflow optimization opportunities and leveraging AI to automate repetitive processes u00b7 Shadow and collaborate with the senior resource(s) to gain expertise in HR IT operations and transition into the primary support role for HR IT processes, ensuring seamless continuity. u00b7 Document processes and build knowledge for long-term ownership u00b7 Work with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams located globally. u00b7 Preferred experience enhancing ESM processes and improve user experience. Experiences/Education - Required u00b7 Bacheloru2019s degree in computer science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related field. u00b7 3u20135+ years SAP SuccessFactors HRIS experience. u00b7 Strong knowledge of data management processes (e.g., mass data loads, data corrections). u00b7 Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP u00b7 Ability to document workflows and processes for knowledge transfer. u00b7 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. u00b7 Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. u00b7 Detail-oriented, analytical, comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experiences/Education - Desired + Familiarity with AI tools and concepts. + Knowledge of OData APIs for SAP integrations. + Familiarity with workflow automation tools like SAP Build Process Automation and/or Power Automate. This position does not support immigration sponsorship. The range for this position is $92,830.00 - $127,641.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
