What Youu2019ll Do as an Infrastructure + Mobility Group Manager + Proactively pursue new business with existing and prospective clients by delivering exceptional service, promoting Fisheru2019s capabilities, building lasting relationships. + Support the development and execution of strategic business plans. + Oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring priorities are aligned and deadlines are met. + Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful, on-time delivery. + Lead and prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout project delivery. + Proactively identify, monitor, and resolve technical, schedule, or financial issues. + Successfully lead and manage a team across multiple locations. + Build and maintain a high-performing, motivated team with strong morale. + Mentor staff in technical development, leadership, and client engagement. + Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and coach employees to support career growth. + Navigate and support complex public processes and municipal approvals. + Represent Fisher Associates in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities. Requirements What You Bring, Your Expertise as an Infrastructure + Mobility Group + B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Masteru2019s preferred) + 15+ years minimum in transportation civil engineering design + Professional Engineering License (PE) + 10 years minimum of project management experience + Strong financial acumen with the ability to use metrics and data to drive performance and results. + Proven experience leading and managing teams. + Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Proven client relationship and business development success in the transportation sector + Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation, AutoCAD, and OpenRoads a plus + Thorough understanding of transportation project development and delivery, including NCDOT, agency, and locally administered federal-aid projects. + Strong understanding of transportation engineering principles, including roadway or bridge design and regulatory standards. + Professional performance aligned with Fisheru2019s Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Clientship philosophy. + Dedicated to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration, integrity, respect, and active listening + Proven ability to deliver quality work through critical thinking, problem-solving, and sound judgment + Proactively own projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, growth environment. + Superior organizational and planning skills with keen attention to detail + Curious and improvement-minded, embracing feedback and continuously seeking better solutions.
