This position will be responsible for the install and service of a variety of doors, equipment, and control devices.HOURLY HIRING RANGE: $20/hr - $40/hr plus mandatory overtime, as needed (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data). Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.$3,000 Sign-on Bonus (eligible for candidates with a current AAADM certification)WHAT YOU WILL DOInstall dormakaba Automatic Access Solutions equipment in commercial buildingsPerform corrective service and preventative maintenance on a range of automated access doors and equipment in a professional and customer-oriented mannerServe as the lead installer in moderately complex automatic door installationsMaintain accurate project and/or service data through diligent and timely use of all documentation and technical dataManage assigned parts and consumable stocks effectively, and maintain a neat and organized vehicle and workspaceWHAT WE REQUIREValid current driver's licenseMechanical knowledge, 2+ years of relevant experienceAbility to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issuesAbility to lift and carry at least 50 pounds; 35 pounds over the shoulder.
