Welcome to the Human Health BioSolutions (HHB) RegulatoryAffairs Global Coordination team In our department we are responsible todevelop, life-cycle managing and supporting claims/communication ofproducts globally fitting with the very fragmented and ever changingregulatory framework for dietary supplements and early life nutritioningredients as Biotics, Human Milk Oligosaccharides and PrecisionProteins for specialized nutrition. You will be working together withgreat colleagues who love what they do and are always ready to sharetheir knowledge and experience. We are part of the Regulatory Affairsand Product Safety (RAPS) organization, where the HHB Regulatory Affairsteam, a group of over 30 people, spreads over 4 key regions and is splitinto three pillars: Advocacy and Intelligence; Regional teams and GlobalCoordination. In this role you'll make an impact by: Providingregulatory guidance and strategic direction to Human Health SeniorLeadership and work closely with other HHB functions (Commercial, R&D,Operations, IP, QA) to deliver business results. Driving the CustomerCentricity Journey of the Regulatory support to the human healthbusiness Providing regulatory project management, support, and guidancefor Global Innovation Projects (New Product Developments). Providingregulatory product management, support, and guidance for existingstrains by representing Regulatory Affairs on the Human Health ProductsManagement Team (PMT). Leading the Market Access continuity initiative,ensuring product-related regulatory risks are identified, mitigated, orformally accepted by the business. Collaborating with Probioticsregulatory professionals in regional regulatory teams to guide thebusiness in selecting optimal routes to market and ensuring productcompliance with applicable legislation in target countries. OwningGlobal Regulatory Advocacy and Intelligence by, in alignment with theHead of Human Health Regulatory Affairs Advocacy, defining companypositions on product-related technical regulations and standards andcoordinating actions to defend those positions.
