We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Servigistics to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US). Business Analyst u2013 Servigistics Position Overview The Servigistics Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing aftermarket service parts management processes using the PTC Servigistics platform. The role bridges business requirements and technical implementation to ensure successful deployments, enhancements, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities u2022 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to service parts planning. u2022 Document functional specifications, process flows, and user stories for Servigistics implementations. u2022 Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into Servigistics configurations. u2022 Support solution design activities, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply planning. u2022 Perform data analysis, validation, and transformation for system inputs and outputs. u2022 Assist in testing activities including functional testing, UAT, and regression testing. u2022 Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions. u2022 Monitor system performance and collaborate on enhancements and issue resolution. u2022 Support integration activities between Servigistics and ERP/Supply Chain systems. u2022 Provide ongoing functional support post-implementation. Required Skills & Qualifications u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or related field. u2022 3u20138 years of experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain or service parts management. u2022 3 years of Hands-on experience with PTC Servigistics modules such as Service Parts Management (SPM). u2022 Strong understanding of demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization processes. u2022 Ability to create clear and detailed business and functional requirement documents. u2022 3 years of experience in SQL, data analysis, and visualization tools. u2022 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications u2022 Experience with PTC Servigistics 11.x or higher. u2022 Knowledge of Oracle, SAP, or other ERP platforms. u2022 Exposure to integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL tools). u2022 Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $78,948 - $164,476. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
