Bombardier is seeking a highly experienced On-site Customer Account Manager to act as the primary liaison and trusted ambassador between Bombardier and one of our major fleet customers in Columbus, Ohio . This role is responsible for managing all part related interactions, supporting operational needs, and ensuring seamless communication across Bombardieru2019s global support network. The ideal candidate is a proactive, customer-focused professional with deep aviation experience and exceptional relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities: Customer Advocacy & Communication u2022 Act as Bombardieru2019s on-site ambassador, maintaining a strong, professional customer relationship. u2022 Ensure clear, consistent communication between Bombardier teams and customer operations. u2022 Represent customer needs internally and escalate issues promptly. Escalation Support u2022 Serve as the first escalation point for part number inquiries, availability, order status, and related technical or commercial questions. u2022 Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain transparency. Invoice & Financial Management u2022 Manage and resolve invoice disputes and Statement of Account (SOA) issues. u2022 Collaborate with financial services and support teams to ensure accurate billing. AOG Coordination u2022 Oversee non-stock part requests with Backorder Management and Supply Chain to ensure timely fulfillment. u2022 Support and coordinate AOG quotes with accurate information and quick turnaround. Cross-Functional Customer Support u2022 Assist with inquiries related to logistics, technical services, warranty, engineering, and digital systems. u2022 Ensure internal stakeholders are aligned and informed on customer escalations, requirements, priorities, and expectations How to thrive in this role? u2022 You are a U.S. citizenship (valid status required) u2022 You have minimum college education (associate degree or higher). u2022 You have 7u201310 years of aviation or related industry experience. u2022 You are fluent in English, verbal and written. u2022 You have a strong Microsoft Office proficiency. Experience with Zendesk, Microsoft Access, and SAP (S/4HANA) would be an asset. u2022 You have an excellent communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills. u2022 You have the ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment. u2022 You need to be on-site at the customeru2019s facility five days per week, ability to support weekends / holidays as needed. u2022 You have the ability to travel Internationally for meetings, training, or alignment .u2022 You live in the Columbus area (Ohio state).
